Questions
- How do client payments work?
- Clients pay by card on their proposal and portal. The money goes to your own Stripe account and pays out to your bank. Moodlands keeps 2% of each payment on Free, 1% on Essentials and Pro, and nothing on Growth and Studio. Stripe's processing fee is separate. Refunds and disputes are handled in your Stripe dashboard.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and your contacts, kits and files stay.
- What does a yearly plan include?
- Two months free, and yearly Essentials and Growth also unlock the Brand Kit files at no extra cost.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Move up or down from Manage billing in Settings. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the period.
- Who owns the designs?
- You do, including AI-generated parts as far as the law allows, and you can use them for your clients. Style-library elements inside a design are licensed for use in your designs. The Terms have the details.
- Is the Brand Kit a subscription?
- No. Business owners pay once and keep every file. Come back and edit any time.
- What does merch cost?
- Merch is printed and shipped by Printify. Clients see the full price with shipping before they pay; designers on Pro or Studio keep the markup.
